Return Policy

14-day return policy: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Up to €49.90: The seller covers the return shipping/collection costs within Germany.

Returns accepted. Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal, and therefore some items cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons, purchased underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, and earrings cannot be returned.

Refund and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item or lot or piece. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). but this is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation on a durable medium (e.g., by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. You must return or hand over the goods to us or a person designated by us to receive the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. We will cover the return shipping costs within Germany. International returns are accepted; however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
